LDI will start the birthday license renewal process with all licensed individuals who hold a life, health & accident type license and whose birth month is May (2009). The renewal process will open for these individuals starting April 1, 2009 and remain open until May 30, 2009. Once these May renewal applications have been processed and approved, these licenses will be renewed through May 30, 2012. This process will be repeated for life, health & accident license renewals for birthday months from May, 2009 through April, 2010. The process will then be repeated for property & casualty license renewals with birth months from May, 2010 through April 2011.

Every individual producer license may be renewed during a two month period… the month before and the month of your birthday. Each licensee is required to pay the statutory producer license renewal fee of $50.00. If the license is not renewed by the last day of the birth month of the licensee, a $50.00 late fee will be applied.
