Attention students taking E & O Courses to qualify for the Westport / Swiss Re Discount:
Upon completing an online module, the Michigan Association of Insurance Agents is automatically notified of the completion. However, in order to qualify for the Westport / Swiss Re Loss Control Credit, the E & O Loss Control Credit Verification Form must be completed, signed and submitted to MAIA.
